Our Board of Directors
With over 15 years of experience in the property industry, Queenie started her career in architecture before she found her passion for housing; most recently as Head of Australian Programs at international non-profit, Habitat for Humanity Australia. In her previous role as Director at Conscious Investment Management, Queenie led the impact investment fund manager’s property investments and asset management in SDA and social and affordable housing; as well as seeking to maximise its impact through active involvement in policy and advocacy in these areas.
Before this Queenie was the Chief Operating Officer and Acting CEO of Summer Housing, a Specialist Disability Accommodation provider with a portfolio of over 400 SDA homes.
Adrian has over 20 years of legal practising experience in Australia and is currently a Partner at global law firm Norton Rose Fulbright with a particular focus on commercial development he advises clients on the establishment of investment ventures, acquisitions of development sites and development fund through transactions. This role sees him working across student accommodation, office, and retail developments as well as major retail transactions.
Adrian has particular expertise in accommodation, having acted as General Counsel for a major student accommodation developer and operator in Australia.
Daniel has over 20 years of both public and private sector experience with a proven track record working on a wide range of statutory and strategic planning projects. His current position as Principal Town Planner at Tract Consultants sees Daniel working on high-density residential, student accommodation, commercial office and retail developments.
Prior to this, Daniel held a planning coordinator position with the City of Melbourne where he worked on a wide variety of projects, including public realm plans, large-scale urban renewal projects in Melbourne’s growth areas and some of Australia’s tallest residential skyscrapers.
Belinda is a proven leader in formulating strategies that make an impact with over 20 years of experience advising property and professional services firms on all facets of business growth.
Before her current position as CEO of sustainability-led engineering firm, ADP Consultancy, Belinda held leadership positions at global architecture firms Hassell and Woods Bagot, and most recently led the five-year strategic plan for quantity surveying firm Slattery, growing the business and its brand considerably.
Matt has over 16yrs in the property industry covering acquisition & transaction management, valuation, capital raising, planning and development management. Some of Matt’s previous roles include National Acquisition Director for Scape Student (2017 - 2018) – sourcing 4 prime PBSA sites in 1 year; and General Manager of Acquisitions at Grocon (2011 - 2017).
Matt has been responsible for structuring and funding over A$2.5B developments including Queen Victoria Markets BtR (Melbourne), Commonwealth Games Athletes Village (Brisbane), CUB site (Melbourne).
Clare has over 15 years’ experience in the Australian property industry with a proven track record in human resources, public relations, brand management and ESG.
In her previous role as Head of Corporate and ESG at Local, Clare was responsible for the firm’s corporate operations including people and culture, risk and reputation and ESG. Prior to her role with Local Clare was the Operating Officer for Partner Developments and National Brand Manager for Grocon Group.
Dan has over 21 years of experience in real estate industry with track record in creating, structuring, funding and delivering some of Australia’s most iconic buildings including ANZ Tower (Sydney) & The Ribbon Hotel (Darling Harbour). He was previously the founding CEO of Summer Housing – a leading provider of NDIS housing with over A$300m of housing commissioned. Dan held a number of senior roles within Grocon including Head of Development (2014 - 2017) and Group Capital & Transactions Manager (2011 - 2014). Post Grocon, Dan co-founded Partner Developments, a specialist transaction/development manager and strategic advisor, with a specific service focus on build to rent.
