To qualify for affordable housing with Storey, applicants must meet the following criteria:

Primary applicant is 18 years or older.
Prove Idenity
All household members are Australian citizens or permanent residents.
Have a need for housing necessary to relieve distress or disadvantage.
The rent advertised is not more than 30% of the gross household income.
Satisfactory pass employment and rental history checks.
Gross household income falls within the income limits - refer
to Table 1.
Household members must not own or be part owner of any property or assets which could help resolve their own housing need - refer to Table 2 for asset limits.

Income and asset limits for renting at 

Richmond

These income limits are based on Income Tax Assessment (Build to Rent Developments) Determination 2024.

Applicants cannot own or part own a residential property that could reasonably meet their housing need; and have a large amount of liquid assets that would enable them to secure suitable housing themselves.
