Local owns and manages the building, so once you've accepted an offer, we're the team you'll see day to day. We'll help you move in, look after the building and shared spaces and be on hand if you need support along the way.

You'll have access to the building's shared resident spaces, onsite team and resident events, along with the everyday benefits of living in a professionally managed rental community.
