Once your lease is confirmed, you will recieve information on how to book your move in time via the Resident Portal as well as move in maps showing you the best lift to use to access your apartment, details on what to do if you have a removalist helping you out, and who to contact if you have any questions.

On arrival, the team will show you to your apartment and make sure you know where you're going and we will reserve a lift just for you to get you in that bit faster.

The team don't have any lifting equipment or staff available to help you move, but if you do need an extra set of hands, our friends over at Man with a Van have provide an exclusive offer for Local: Kensington residents which you will receive along with all your welcome information. 

Yes, you do.  All apartments come with a fridge, washing maching and clothes dryer, dishwasher, induction cooktop, electric oven and split system heating and cooling.

We do have furnished apartments available for rent with furniture by Koala for an additional weekly fee.

All the shared spaces are included in your rent! Some of the spaces can be booked out, so if you want a particular space at a particular time, best to book it via the Resident App.

Once your lease has been approved, you'll be directed to the Resident Portal to set up your monthly rental payments via your choice of direct debit or credit card (fees apply). 

To let the on-site maintenance team know that you have an issue, simply open the Resident App and log a maintenance request. You'll be kept informed of the job's progress and notified once it's complete. 

Apartment cleaning services are available. We can help you arrange this before you move in, or if you decide you'd like to add it on regularly or just as a once off, you can do so via the Resident App. 

The listed prices are for the rental of your apartment which includes whitegoods, access to all amenities, secure postal and parcel lockers, bike storage, onsite maintenance and resident services during extended business hours.

Utilities are supplied at competitive rates through Local: Kensington's renewable energy partners and super speed wifi provider. Once your application is approved, you'll be directed to connect your utilities so you're all plugged in and ready to go from day one.

Your safety is our top priority at Local. We've got you covered with comprehensive security features throughout the buildings. You'll find secure access points and cameras in shared spaces, so you know only residents and their invited guests can get in.

We've also made sure all our common areas and entrances are well-lit and secure, creating a safe environment where you can feel at home.
